A DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT MODEL TO EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT QUALITY AT BANKUANSRA SCHOOL UNDER SURATTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The purposes of this study were as follows : (1) to development of school based management to educational management at Bankuansra school,(2)to check a development of school based management to educational management at Bankuansra school under Suratthani primary educational service area office 3. This research was qualitative. The sample was used in the research. School administrators, teachers, committees: basic education institutions, parents and community organizations at Bankuansra school under Suratthani primary educational service area office 3. The instruments used in the study were in–depth interview and Focus group discussion. Based on data analysis. Researchers are of the opinion that Bankuansra Management style should be used to focus on the quality of this organization to use in schools. The management is responsible for the development of human resources. Adopt the word family home school Bankuansra Administrators,teachers and commitees of school will join in with thinking,making,deciding and improving together.
