THE MISSION PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO AUTHORITY OF KAPIAD SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION,CHAWANG DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This article has objectives 1) to study the mission performance of the authority of Kapad Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chawang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 2) to compare the mission performance of the authority of Kapad Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chawang District Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Of people with different gender, age, education level, occupation, and monthly income. 3) To study the suggestions for promoting the mission in the authority of Kaphat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Chawang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This research Using quantitative research methods The sample consisted of 291 households. Systematic random sampling method The research instruments were questionnaires for instrument quality checking. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was .61. The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistics such as percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation.
