OPTIMIZING THE PERFORMANCE OF PROFESSIONAL STAFF OF MAHACHULALONGKORNRAJAVIDYALAYA UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This article is intended to: 1) To study motivation factors affecting the operational efficiency. of optimizing. 2) To study activities to optimizing. and        3) To create new models and knowledge about strategies for optimizing the performance of professional staff. This was integrated research methods such as quantitative and questionnaires. The sample group such as performance of professional staff is the personnel or employment rate in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University total of 297 persons. Used for simple sampling. by using statistical frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and Qualitative interviews with a Purposive selection. Key Information such as 1) executive 2) academics and 3) performance of professional staff total of 17 persons. More than 5 years of work. By analyzing the content and summarizing. The research was found that: 1) Motivation factors affecting the operational efficiency of optimizing the performance with 3 parts such as           1.1) Organizational motivation factors that promotes compliance with the law. 1.2) Motivation factors for teamwork relying on participation the team. and         1.3) Motivation factors of being a learning organization. 2) Activities to optimizing the performance with 5 parts such as 2.1) Integrity 2.2) Achievement Motivation 2.3) Accountability (Responsibility) 2.4) Teamwork and 2.5) Systematic Job. And 3) The model and new knowledge that mean creating a systematic operational network together being aware of the obligations of all parties a tool for managing the relationship of the individual to work for quality work. And training and development is promoting knowledge to the development of knowledge. Attitudes and skills are increasing performance.
