THE SYSTEM OF PARTICIPATION FOR TRANSPARENCY OF THE THAI LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN THE NEXT DECADE

Abstract

          The Research title of The Promoting of Strategy Organization Participation Process for Transparency of The Thai Local Government In The next Decade Sustain by the Research Objectives are, to Study the way of Participation Promotion to Support. Transparency of Local Government in next Decade, for Construct The Model of People Participation and to Propose, The Strategy of People Participation all sectors, The Research Methodology is, Mixed Method, by The Quantitative Research : Questionnaire and The Qualitative Method, by Delphi Technic and 2 Focus Groups, Collecting Data from 7 Local Government Organization (7 Key Province), 420 Sample size of Questionnaire. 19 Expert for Delphi Technic and 22 Key Informant of Focus Group Technic, They are from the Local Government Organization Officer and Stakeholders. The result of the study found that:1)The way to participation Promotion of Local Government Management Transparency, Should to have People Organization, to Establish of People to Participation Planning , Decision making of Local Governance, Public Projects. 2) For the Model of Participation Promotion to Transparence of Local Government Organization in next Decade, must to use The 5’C Model, for The good Communication, Co-ordination, Co-operative, Control and Convince to People Participation. 3) The Strategy system for 3 sector of work, Administration, Servia and Support Working of People Participation to Support, Transparency of Local Government Organization, are to , Good Setting, Focus on, Transparency by all Sectors Participation, with the Good Vision such as: The Thai Local Government Organization, of Modern Management, by Transparency and Good Governance Method, to Sustainable Community Development, The Mission is , Transparency Promotion by all Sectors, in Model of System by Social Sanction and Disruption Technology for all Tactics.
