AN EVALUATION OF DIAMOND HEALTH PROMOTING SCHOOL PROJECT OF BAN DONYANG SCHOOL UNDER THE CHIANGRAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

This objective of research article was to evaluate the context, the input, the process and the products of diamond health promoting school project of Ban Donyang School under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 by using CIPP model. Data were collected from 173 samples in the academic year 2018 consist of teachers, school committee, community leaders, local politicians, health promotion staffs, parents and students, through the questionnaires and were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics: percentage, mean and standard deviation. The findings showed that: 1) The results of the projects’ context in overall and each side were at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: Needs, In accordance with the state agency policies and In compliance with objectives project. 2) The results of the projects’ input in overall was at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: Place, Management, Personnel, Media and Equipment were at the highest level and Community participation and Budget were at high level. 3) The results of the project’s process in overall and each side were at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: Act, Plan, Do, Check. And 4) the results of the project’s products in overall pass evaluation criteria as follows: (1) the project evaluation result has passed 19 indicators of the Diamond Health Promotion School criteria in the academic year 2018 and (2) the projects’ satisfaction evaluation in the overall was at the highest level.
