INTEGRATING BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SUB-DISTRICT CONSTITUTION OF THE PEOPLE AND SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION IN ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

         The objectives of this research article were to study the development of the District Statute. A study of the integration of the principles of Buddhism in the district's statute development and to analyze the pattern for the development of the Buddhist Sub-District Statute. It is mixed research choose a specific provider experienced in 5 sub-districts. There were Nong Hin, Niwet, Dong Sing, Suan Jik, and Phra Chao, with 379 corporate presidents, permanent secretary, council president and village chief, which uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and test the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis at a statistical significance level of 0.05, the results obtained from this research can be used as a guideline for the work. The results revealed that: 1) The development of the sub-district constitution of people and local administrative organizations in Roi Et Province. There is a statute driving process on the issue of population promotion cohesion of social capital there is an exchange of knowledge on development methods. 2) Integrate Buddhist principles in developing the sub-district constitution of people and local administrative organizations in Roi Et Province. It is integrated according to the 4 principles in terms of physical, Sila, Citta, Wisdom, 3) Analysis of the development of the Buddhist Sub-District Statute of people and local administrative organizations in Roi Et Province. There was an analysis of the development model of the Buddhist Sub-district Dharma Principles 4, with an overview of level. There is an overview of the mean. Kãyabhãvanã ( = 4.66) was found to be at a high level. Silabhãvanã ( = 4.84) ​ found that it was at a high level. Cittabhãvanã ( = 3.68) was found to be at a high level. Panyãbhãvanã ( = 3.78) was found to be the highest level.
