POLICY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC HEALTH: STUDY SMART HOSPITAL IN THE AREA OF UDONTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the condition of the policy implementation of the Ministry of Public Health in Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province; 2)study the components of the policy implementation of the Ministry of Public Health for effectiveness in Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province; 3) study the pattern of policy implementation of the Ministry of Public Health in for effectiveness Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province. It is a qualitative research by document analysis, in-depth interviews and focus group. The main contributors consisted of 1) 7 senior executives, 2) 12 medical personnel, and 3) 6 stakeholders. Data analysis consisted of reducing and filtering data, displaying and describing information and finding conclusions and examining. The results were as follows: 1) The condition of the Ministry of Public Health in Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province. The Ministry of Public Health needs to define a strategy. This is to be used as a guideline for the development of the health system for people to have health and good quality of life, consisting of: 1.1) 20-Year National Strategy 1.2) Policy 1.3)Organizational Structure 2) Components of policy implementation of the Ministry of Public Health in for effectiveness Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province. There are management methods that demonstrate good self-supervision, consisting of 2.1) Personnel 2.2) Location 2.3) Material and Equipment and 3) The pattern of policy implementation of the Ministry of Public Health in for effectiveness Public Health Service Center of Udon Thani Province. Adjusting the health insurance system to allow people to receive rights and benefits from management and access to services of equal quality and convenience, consisting of: 3.1) The Organization is modern, 3.2) The availability of personnel and sufficient tools 3.3) People receive Quality Service, Convenient and Fast.
