ENTERING TO THE POLITICAL POWER BASE OF WOMEN IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS OF NORTHEASTERN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) to study the background of female politicians in northeastern local administrative organizations, 2) to study the approaching political power base of women in northeastern local administrative organizations, and 3) to find ways to promote female politicians to enter the political stage in northeastern local administrative organization. The study was qualitative research that used both the research model and methodology of ethnographic and case study in order to understand social phenomena. The research instrument was an in-depth interview. The participants were political women leaders 6 people by using a snow ball technique, one questionnaire was asked about behavior in a similar group, leading to the next contributor to compelling information. And An analytical description was used for analyzing data collection. The results of the study revealed that 1) the background of approaching the political power base of women in northeastern local administrative organizations comes from the constitution that demonstrates the equality of women and men enacted in the constitution. Political background and foundation found that 2) The motivation factors of female politicians to enter the political stage were derived from the change of laws and politics that made women aware of the right and freedom of women to enter into politics correctly without the obstruction in knowledge, ability, and person. The women that enter into politics must act themselves reliable as a model for people in society and proofing themselves to society that either women or men can succeed in political works. 3) Regarding guidelines on politics approach of female politicians in local administrative organization in provinces of the Northeast region, there should be cultivated to have a good lifestyle in order to have a good quality of life, there should be a promotion on good family relationships led to love, warmth and understanding, participation, responsibility in prevention and solution of social problems, leadership and awareness of all forms of women's rights, opportunity for women’s right, freedom and promoting politics approach with equality and correct expression on politics.
