AN EVALUATION OF STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM PROJECT OF RACHANUBAN SCHOOL UNDER THE NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

This objectives of research article were to evaluate the context, the input, the process and the products of student care and support system project of Rachanuban School under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by using quantitative research. Data were collected from 697 samples in the academic year 2019 consist of teachers, school committee, parents and students, through the questionnaires and were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics: mean and standard deviation. The findings showed that: 1) the results of the projects’ context in overall and each side were at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: In compliance with objectives project, In accordance with the state agency policies and needs. 2) The results of the projects’ input in overall was at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: Media and Equipment, Management, Personnel were at the highest level and Community participation and Budget were at high level. 3) The results of the project’s process in overall were at the highest level that pass evaluation criteria as follows: Check and Act, Plan were at the highest level; Do and Plan were at high level. And 4) the results of the project’s products in overall pass evaluation criteria as follows: (1) Students had higher academic achievement and the at-risk and problem had decreased. (2) The students had ability to use life skills in overall was the highest level. (3) The school was awarded an Excellence Award and a Silver Performance Assessment Certificate. And (4) the projects’ satisfaction evaluation in the overall was at the highest level.
