ACHIEVEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHWAY BRIDGE BUILDING MANAGEMENT AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT

Abstract

         The objectives of the research article were to: 1) study the factors affecting the achievement of bridge construction management after the completion of the Department of Highways 2) analyze and evaluate the effects of the factors affecting the achievement of bridge construction management. After the project was completed by the Department of Highways and 3) present the results of this research to relevant agencies. This was an integrated research design for mixed method quantitative using questionnaires, purposive sampling. The sample group includes people living in Aranyik Sub - district, Samo Khae Subdistrict, Phitsanulok province of 381 peoples. By using analyzed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. And qualitative study document, in-depth interviews by purposive sampling, key informants such as 1) Administrators of the Department of Highways 2) Project Managers and 3) Experts such as structural engineering road engineering Check the quality of construction work. The research found that: 1) Bridge construction management factors through images of the highest level including 1.1) environment ( = 4.76, S.D. = 0.43) 1.2) ease of use of the bridge ( = 4.72, S.D. = 0.45) 1.3) safety of the use of the bridge ( = 4.68, S.D. = 0.45) and 1.4) quality of the bridge ( = 4.38, S.D. = 0.55). 2) Analysis and evaluation of bridge construction management factors, ie, every construction project must adhere to engineering principles in order to meet the criteria and standards set by the Department of Highways. And 3) project development and improvement: 3.1) jointly formulate the construction policy, 3.2) find a good and correct bridge construction management approach according to engineering principles, and 3.3) apply the knowledge of construction principles to work.
