EXPLORATORY COMPONENT ANALYSIS OF SUCCESS FACTORS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO THE SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to study the components of the current construction industry business management. Interviewed a group of experts About 5 construction businesses as a guideline for creating a questionnaire and then conducting a study from the sample group. This is a construction contractor business of 398 people. Tools used in the research included questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. An exploratory factor analysis. The results of the research findings on the opinion level on the current operating conditions in the management of SMEs in the construction industry as a whole showed that it was at a very important level with an average of 3.99. and the most reasonable with the same mean of 4.12. The level of importance of the components of business administration in the construction industry as a whole was found to be at a very important level with 4.13, giving the highest level of importance to moderation. With an average of 4.24, followed by labor with an average of 4.17 and 4.16 in management. The research results on factors affecting the success of the construction industry business administration 1) In terms of management principles, it was found that the sample group had the importance of management principles at a very important level.
