AN EVALUATION OF COMMUNITY VOCATIONAL TRAINING, 1 DISTRICT 1 CAREER, (WEAVING COURSE) PROJECT OF PHO CHAI DISTRICT OF THE NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION CENTER, ROI ET PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to evaluate the context, the input, the process and the products of community vocational training, 1 district 1 career, weaving course, project of Pho Chai district of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Center, Roi Et province. By mixed methodology. Data were collected from 114 teachers and students in 2563BE. The research tools were questionnaires that were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics: percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that: 1) The results of the context evaluation in overall was at the highest level ( = 4.69, S.D. = 0.24). 2) The results of the input evaluation in overall was at the highest level ( = 4.62, S.D. = 0.28). 3) The results of the process evaluation in overall was at the highest level ( = 4.62, S.D. = 0.12). 4) The results of the products evaluation as follows: 1) the trainees have increased knowledge and skills of weaving. 43.42% of trainees whom had career and income from weaving, 60.61% of trainees had income less than 5,000 bath per month and 39.39% of trainees had income between 5,001-7,500 bath per month. 2) The satisfaction evaluation toward the project in overall was at the highest level ( = 4.66, S.D. = 0.27) and 3) The opinion of teachers and staff to outcome of the project in overall were at the highest level ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.26).
