THE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF WASTE DISPOSAL USING COMMUNITY INCINERATOR

Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were: 1) study level the environment safety standard, incineration technology, waste disposal collection system, process of waste disposal incinerator, the efficient management of waste disposal by applying community incinerator, 2) study the influence of environment safety standard, incineration technology, waste disposal collection system, the process of waste disposal incinerator, the efficient management of waste disposal by applying community incinerator, and 3) guidelines to enhance the efficient management of waste disposal by applying community incinerator. This was an integrated research design for mixed method: quantitative using questionnaires, stratified random sampling. The sample group includes: 1) executives, 2) supervisors, and 3) operators of 300 peoples. By using LISREL technique for analyzed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Skewness, Kurtosis and qualitative In-depth interviews by purposive sampling, key informants such as: 1) administrators and 2) users of 9 peoples. By analyzing the content and summarizing. The research was found that: 1. level management of waste disposal has 5 aspects: 1) safety standards, 2) incinerator technology, 3) waste collection support system, 4) waste disposal incinerator process, and 5) efficient waste disposal. 2. Influence of the standards is model consistent with the empirical data. Statistically significant at the 0.01 level, the Chi-square value is 45.81 degrees and RMSEA is 0.024. And 3. guidelines for improving the efficiency of solid waste management with a community incinerator found that those involved in solid waste management with a community incinerator must manage and control of every process from upstream to downstream to comply with safety standards at each step and implement a policy to reduce waste from all households at the same time.
