บทคัดย่อ

This research is aimed to study well- being while Working from Home of Gen Y employees in Bangkok during Covid 19 pandemic crisis. The study is conducted by qualitative study to understand Gen Y employee well-being by using semi-structure with framing the questions by Seligman’s (2011) PERMA model (Positive emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment) model. The samples are Gen Y Employees (N = 20) from both private and public sector in Bangkok which are recruited by purposive and snowball sampling. In-depth interview is employed to use theoretically relevant in relation to the PERMA Model. The results show and analyze the description and contents of findings in PERMA thematic analysis in relation to Gen Y employees’ well-being while working from home.
