This article examines : 1) To study Resource Mobilization of the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Phaisali - Nong Bua) in Nakhon Sawan Province and 2) to compare Resource Mobilization of the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Phaisali - Nong Bua) in Nakhon Sawan Province. This research is a Qualitative Research which focuses on description and analysis information collected by using Resource Mobilization Theory and New Social Movement Theory. The mobilized resources to support movement against the waste power plant; 6 issues which are 1) People, 2) Money, 3) Materials, 4) Information, 5) Technology and 6) Government and private agencies.
The research has found that; The Resource Mobilization of the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Phaisali) there are weaknesses namely information. By mainly receiving information from the company that built the waste power plant. Therefore obtaining information that is not neutral. The strength of the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Phaisali) namely human resource. By filing a complaint with the Administrative Court. The court ruled in favor of the power plant, but at that permits the construction of power plant waste has expired. Causing the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Phaisali) to successfully.
The Resource Mobilization of the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Nong Bua) there are weaknesses namely Government and private agencies. The Movement Against Waste to Energy (Nong Bua), which has been continuously demanding to the relevant government agencies to the present. But not receiving enough cooperation. Therefore causing the people in the area to unite to become the strength of this opposition process Both in proportion to the number of participants and the tactics of opposition, both legal and illegal, uniquely in the area. Especially the material which is E-Tuk, as a symbol of objection to the waste power plant. Currently, this the Movement Against Waste to Energy (Nong Bua) is still trying to use the strengths that are constantly opposing the waste power plant. But still not successful.
