As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The author must revise the article according to the recommendation of the expert within the timefreme. If the author rejects to correct, the author must give report the reason to the editorial team officially.
The author will check the accuracy of the references both in format and content and cannot bring the unread academic article to be referred or put it in the bibliography.
The author will submit the article according to the format specified by the Journal of
ThaiJustice System.
The author will submit the article for publication only in the Journal of Thai Justice System at the office of Justice Affairs.
The author must certify that the article submitted to the Journal of ThaiJustice system is not a translation or a duplicated article, or a copyright infringement and has never been published in any other journal before. If it is the copyright infringement, the author will solely take responsibility.
Criteria for those interested in submitting articles to the Journal of ThaiJustice System
It is a research article or academic articles on legal and justice system both domestically and internationally.
It is the article has never been published before and also has never been in the process of submitting in any other journal or other publication. It is not the translation article, the duplicated articles or the copyright infringement of article. In case that it is the copyright infringement, it will be the soleresponsibility of the author of the article.
The Journal of ThaiJustice Systemrequire a double-blinded review format which means that the identity of both author and reviewer are kept hidden.
The original content is a summary of the work, 10-20 pages (A4), typed in Thai font with TH Saraban PSK, size 16, and English letters typed with Times New Roman, size12. For reference, use APA7format, so the author must set a format of the article correctly as required by the Journal of ThaiJustice System before submitting manuscripts.

5.1 Using Microsoft Word program only for research articles or academic articles.
The article that is correct to the format, each article will be submitted to3 expertsfor academic quality assessment by double-blind peer review process, the author will correct the article according to the corrections and suggestions from the experts, and submit the article online through the website of the Journal of Thai Justice System. After the article is published, two volumes of journal will be delivered to the author.
