"Good faith or Bona fides" is the word that appears in the most commonly use, such as the Civil and Commerical Code in Sectons 5 and 6, which is characterized of the General Principle or the Particular Principle such as section 1299. It is a rule as a "Jus aecuum" which has the uncertained legal consequence and the lawyer should be interpreted it suitably and up to the presence society and circumstances for the consideration of this rule is important and it Jus cogens which the parties can not to do anything to except the law.

This article has the aim to study the priniciple of the good faith which is like a pillar of the legal system, either private law or public law. The use and interpretation should be is based on the principle of it which is connected to apply the laws for justice and good moral in society.
