Abstract

The aims of this research are to study conflict resolution problems and difficulties on management of the coordinators of the Community Justice Network in Chachoengsao Provice, to study the conflict resolution methods of the community justice coordinators and to create and evaluate models of conflict resolution training curriculum of coordinators in twenty community justice network centers in Chachoengsao Province. The samples used in this study were twenty community justice coordinators by specific sampling method. The tools used for data collection were in-depth interview, group discussion and 400 questionnaires. The statistics used for data analyses were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results of the study reveal that the problem on management of the community justice network was that 89% of the community justice network coordinators completed only primary schools. Then, the problem of low educational background of coordinators could be solved by developing the curriculum focused on conflict resolution in the community. The curriculum consisted of knowledge on general law, management, sociology, psychology, analysis statistics, Buddhist morality, politics, and working techniques.
