THE CODIFICATION OF DRUG CODE

Abstract
There are 13 Laws for the protection, suppression of drug addict and the narcotic-addict treatment which are the problems of the enforcement. Therefore, the research has an objective to codify all 13 laws related to drugs to be one law. The Drug Codification basing on 3 principles which are : classifying 13 drugs laws to implement in domestic legislation; and including important measures which benefit to the law enforcement.
The structure and the patterns of the Drug Code consists of 8 titles which are; Title 1 General Provision; Title 2 Narcotics, Psychotropic substances; Inhalants; Chemicals, and Precursor; Title 3 Measures to proceed on properties derived from narcotics activities; Tile 4 Narcotic-Addict Treatment, Rehabilitation, After-care, and Following up; Title 5 People Organization Partivcipation; Tile 6 Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matter; Title 7 Drug Funds; Title 8 Penalty; and Transitory Provision.
