Thailand's courts has a power to judge environmental cases. The first is The Administrative Environmental and The second one is The Court of Justice Environmental. Although, Environmental disputes of both courts in some of the stories is about the same but overlap between the civil and administrative cases or between the criminal and administrative cases. Confusion on jurisdiction and fact - finding systems are different, In spite of the factual basis of the case is the same.
