Blockchain Technology: new concept of making transparency in issuing land right document

Abstract

Blockchain Technology is a new technology which is going to be disruptive technology as internet has ever been in the past, so this technology began to know widespread, especially in financial fields. One of them was renowned that it was Bitcoin. It was digital money which was type of crypto currency. In current, whole the world had used it widespread by fundamental of blockchain in transactions. The significant benefits of this technology were immutable transaction which verified and transparency by no depending on agent to do transaction, but It used to distribute decentralization which made its correct and confident more than past. Then author would like to present a concept of applying blockchain technology in issuing land right document substituted for present procedures which were problem of the illegal issuing land right document for making transparency in issuing land right document procedure and making confident to people, decreasing disputes between government and people and preventing corruption of government official
