Recreational Leadership, School Administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

             The objectives of this research are 1) to study the recreational leadership of school administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) to compare the recreational leadership of school administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by age and work experience. The research methodologies was descriptive research. The population, totaling 182, included school administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The Sample, totaling 132 school administrators, was obtained via simple random sampling technique, comprised of school administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and F-test.

            The major findings were as follows: the recreational leadership of school administrators under the Nakorn Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level in all aspects. It can be divided into the following 1) Knowledge is at a high level  2) Activity Leadership is at a high level 3) Personality is at a high level 4) Administrative Aspects, and special abilities are at high levels. 2) The result of comparing the opinions of school administrators on the recreational leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were classified by age and experience. It was found that school administrators of varying ages and experience had similar opinions regarding the recreational leadership of educational administrators under the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 overall as well as in each aspect including knowledge, activity leadership, personality, administrative aspect, and special abilities.
