Abstract

Questionnaires constitute an essential part of conducting quantitative or mixed-methods research. Despite their seemingly straightforward nature, the use of questionnaires requires adequate knowledge and skill. However, many researchers, particularly novice individuals, often lack sufficient information regarding developing, administrating, and processing questionnaires in conducting their research.

Samira Mohamadi, Arak University, Arak, Iran

A first-year PhD student in Applied Linguistics at Arak University, Iran. She received MA in Applied Linguistics from Ershad University and BA in English Translation Studies from University of Applied Science in Tehran, Iran. She has done research on ESP/EAP. Her main areas of research interest are Identity, Professional Development and Textbook Ideology. She has experience of teaching English in private institutions in Iran.

Behnam Aghayani, Kermanshah, Iran

An independent researcher in Applied Linguistics in Kermanshah, Iran. He has published some research papers and books in international journals and publications. He has been on the editorial review board of numerous journals from 2016- to till now. His publications have appeared in MEXTESOL Journal, Asian Journal of Applied Linguistics, The Reading Matrix: An International Online Journal, etc. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of the MEXTESOL Journal.
