Aims and Scope
The NIDA Development Journal (NDJ) publishes papers that describe or synthesize research of direct relevance to development administration. Its main objective is to publish high quality,double-blind peer-reviewed papers using at least three referees that have not previously been published and that reflect the latest research in the area of policy, administration and development. The editors welcome a wide range of academic papers, including research articles, review articles, and book reviews.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Charges
Effective from January 1, 2026, the NIDA Case Research Journal will implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
APC Fee Structure
The fee rates for academic manuscript submissions to the the NIDA Development Journal shall be as follows:
(1) Manuscript submission fee: 1,000 Baht
(2) Article publication fee: 2,500 Baht
Total APC: 3,500 THB per accepted manuscript.
The APC will be applied only after the manuscript has passed the initial editorial screening. Authors will be notified by the editorial team and provided with payment instructions at that stage.

Manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2026, will not be subject to the APC.
Please note that the implementation of the APC has no influence on the editorial decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of any manuscript.
