การจัดการด้านศักยภาพของบุคลากรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมุ่งเน้นโครงการและทีมงานเพื่อลดต้นทุนของโครงการ

จากแนวคิดด้านการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการจัดการ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาโดยมีสมมติฐานว่า ความสามารถของพนักงานฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และการมุ่งเน้นการบริหารโครงการ สามารถสนับสนุนการปฎิบัติงานเป็นทีม และลดต้นทุนของการบริหารโครงการ แบบจำลองได้อธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถของบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบริหารโครงการเป็นฐาน การทำงานเป็นทีม และการลดค่าใช้จ่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความสามารถของบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อการมุ่งเน้นโครงการและการมุ่งเน้นการทำงานเป็นทีม การมุ่งเน้นโครงการยังส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อการทำงานเป็นทีม และนำไปสู่การลดต้นทุนรวมทั้งหมดของโครงการในที่สุด
