Abstract

The purpose of this research is to follow up the project of converting intellectual property into capital, operating by Department of Intellectual Property between fiscal years 2547 – 2552.  There are three major objectives, to study the achievement of this project, problem state and obstacle during operation , the benefits of the project  among attendants. Sample survey on the entrepreneur who attend the training in the project of converting intellectual property into capital is to compare economics and social changing among who have received the credit. From this research finds that the credit of this project concern to the business growth, business stability, employment and income of the sample.  The success of attendants depend on variables such as amount of credit , building up good relation to partner, to  expansion of employment in the business , and increasing of new customers.
