Influences of Creative Leadership and Organizational Culture on Organization Citizenship Behavior of Central Pattana Public Company Limited: A Case Study of Headquarters

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. to study the level and relationship between creative leadership organization culture and organization citizenship behavior 2. to study the influence of creative leadership affecting organization culture 3. to study the influence of organizational culture on organization citizenship behavior 4. to study the influence of creative leadership affecting organization citizenship behavior both organizations directly and indirectly via organization culture of Central Pattana Public Company Limited. Judgment sampling was conducted, and the sample size of 300 employees at the operational level to the middle management level. The research results found that correlation coefficient among observable variables were 0.264 – 0.669 and every variable had a significant level. From structural equation modeling, it found that creative leadership had an influence on organizational culture with significantly and variance predicted by creative leadership with 50 percent. Moreover, creative leadership had the direct effect on organization citizenship behavior with significantly and had the indirect effect via organizational culture with significantly and variance predicted by strategic leadership with 72 percent. Finally, organizational culture had the direct effect on organization citizenship behavior with significantly. Fit indices of the model were χ2 / df = 1.25, CFI = 1.00, NNFI = 1.00, RMSEA = 0.029 และ 90% CI for RMSEA = 0.050
