Abstract

The change of the social environment makes people to turn to rehab to relax the body and mind SPA have High competition due to the spa is popular both Thais and foreigners. The purpose of this study were to examine: 1. To study the factors affecting the users of spa business in Chatuchak area, Bangkok. 2. To study the marketing mix that affects the choice of spa services. And 3) To know the nature of the demand for spa services of users. The samples used in this study were employees who are working in companies in the Chatuchak area with companies who employ over 1,000 employees. The users target were employees of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand Public Company Limited, employees in head office of the Siam Cement Public Company Limited, and employees in the Head Office of Matichon Co., Ltd. The research found that; 1. Most spa users were female, aged from 31-40 years old. Experience in spa services 1-5 times/ year. 2. Factors affecting the selection of spa services of users in Bangkok. According to the opinions of the users, it was found that both overall scores and by as aspects were at the high level. The sort by average order was the lowest price, product, distribution channel, and marketing promotion.
