Development of online muay thai learning and teaching management model for college of muay thai study and thai traditional medicine students, muban chom bueng rajabhat university in the pandemic crisis of covid-19

Abstract
This research aimed to develop online Muay Thai learning and teaching (OMTLT) management model for College of Muay Thai Study and Thai Traditional Medicine students, Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University in the epidemic crisis of covid-19. Sample groups consisted of a group of 5 experts, obtaining by purposive selection sampling method, and a population of 13 students, who enrolled in the Mae Mai Muay Thai Art summer course. Research instruments consisted of OMTLT Program, OMTLT Management Model Efficiency Evaluation form, OMTLT Program Efficiency Evaluation form, Muay Thai Art Knowledge and Skills tests. The researcher studied and analyzed the contents of ideas, theories, principles, and practices, including related research papers. Research had been conducted by R & D processes until the qualitative model had been done. After that, the model was implemented by constructing a 12-week OMTLT lesson plan program and was applied. The data were analyzed by means of content analysis, means, and standard deviations. The One-Way Repeated Measures ANOVA was also employed at the level of statistical significance .05.
The study revealed that the OMTLT management model consisted of five stages, namely, the preparation of teachers, students, learning and teaching equipment and facilities, contents and teaching managing, and measurement and evaluation method managing stages. The Model qualification has IOC Index +1.00. The efficiency of the OMTLT program is equal to 80.89/81.34. And repeated-measures ANOVA results in both Muay Thai Art knowledge and skills of students are statistically significant improvement at the level of .05.
