Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the concepts and theory of people's participation in the removal of members of local councils and local administrators in Thailand and abroad. Analysis of mechanisms, processes and procedures for the removal of Bangkok Councilors and BMA administrators, and analysis of problems and obstacles in public participation in the removal of Bangkok Councilors and BMA administrators. as well as suggesting guidelines for amendments to the law and the enforcement of legal mechanisms relating to the removal of Bangkok Councilors and Bangkok Executives; which is a qualitative research and document research both in Thailand and abroad including other relevant documents to bring information Let's study and analyze according to the process and data collection process. Data analysis by content analysis method forensic analysis and logical analysis. according to qualitative research methodology The results showed that 1) several provisions of the Voting to Remove Members of Local Assembly or Local Administrators Act 1999 that are contrary to or inconsistent with the 2017 Constitution should be revised; Local administrative organizations for the removal of the Bangkok Councilor or the Governor of Bangkok 3) Adjust the qualifications of voters to suit the removal process 4) Improve the form of ballot papers 5) Organizations or units that will be responsible for expenses 6) Improving penalties 7) Increasing people's political participation 8) Improving the process of impeachment that burdens the people. 9) Build personnel with expertise in legal mechanisms and removal procedures.
