Product Attributes of Facial Skincare Product with CBD Selected by Consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) to study the product attributes of facial skincare products with CBD selected by consumers and 2) to study the relationship between demographic factors and selected by consumers for facial skincare products with CBD. And 3) to study the relationship between demographic factors and the attributes of a facial skincare product with CBD selected by consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan. This research was quantitative research which was collected from the population in Bangkok Metropolitan 404 questionnaires. It was determined using the Yamane formula and conducted by convenience sampling. Statistical data were analyzed by the distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, the hypothesis was tested by using Chi-square statistic and One-Way ANOVA, LSD with a statistical significance of 0.05 level.


The research result revealed that 1) the difference in gender, age, occupation, and monthly income influenced the consumer behavior in selected facial skincare products with CBD at a 0.05 significant level. And 2) the differences in gender, age, education level, occupation, and monthly income have affected to attributes of the facial skincare product with CBD, the customers focused on the characteristics of the facial skincare product with CBD that replenish powerful moisture for skin, The side contains free radicals to prevent wrinkles caused by sunlight. And the side has anti-inflammatory substances to make the skin clear, respectively.
