Product Attributes of Facial Skincare Product with CBD Selected by Consumers in Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) study the relationship between demographic factors and decision-making behaviors for facial skincare with CBD product purchases. And 2) to study the relationship between demographic factors and the attributes of facial skincare with CBD products that affect the purchasing decision of consumers
in Bangkok Metropolitan. This research was quantitative research which was collected from
a sample population in Bangkok Metropolitan 404 questionnaires were determined using the Yamane formula and conducted by convenience sampling. Statistical data were analyzed
by the distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, the hypothesis was tested by using Chi-square statistic and One-Way ANOVA, LSD with a statistical significance of 0.05 level. The research result revealed that 1) the difference in gender, age, marital status, education level, occupation, and monthly income influenced the consumer behavior in purchasing decision of facial skincare with CBD products at 0.05 significant level. And
2) the difference in gender, age, education level, occupation, and monthly income has affected to attributes of facial skincare with CBD products, the customers focused on the characteristics of the facial skincare with CBD products that replenish powerful moisture for skin, The side contains free radicals to prevent wrinkles caused by sunlight. And the side has anti-inflammatory substances to make the skin clear, respectively.
