Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Population's Participation in Tourism Logistics Development Phutthamonthon District Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

This research Article aimed to study population's participation in the development of tourism logistics and to examine the correspondence between the structural components and empirical data on population's participation in the development of tourism logistics Phutthamonthon District Nakhon Pathom Province. The sample group was 393 people. The questionnaire was used as a tool used to collect data. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and confirmatory component analysis. The results showed that population's participation in the development of tourism logistics Phutthamonthon District Nakhon Pathom Province, the level is quite good, consisting of 4 elements, namely participation in problem finding and decision making, participation in implementation, participation in benefits and participation in evaluations. The results of the second-order confirmatory component analysis showed that the model was consistent with the empirical data. The results of this research can be used as a guideline to encourage population to participate in seeking support and co-management of tourist attraction resources in the community through the idea stage by analyzing strengths and weaknesses and presenting plans for tourism activities that are in line with the needs of communities and tourists. There is public relations for outsiders to know by bringing technology to help in the exchange of information as well as creating an attraction to join in the benefits from the development of tourist attractions as extra income for the community by developing community products to help increase revenue from selling souvenirs and souvenirs Infrastructure upgrade Improving the public health system and providing transport services to tourists.
