Factors analysis of the strategic management for small school Under the office of the basic Education Commission

Abstract
The purposes of this research were. To analyze the factors of strategic management for small schools under the office of the Basic Education Commission. The study was conducted through document reviews, interviewing with 9 experts. The sample group consisted of 400 persons education administrators for small primary schools under the office of the Basic Education Commission Province by using a simple random sampling technique. The research instruments were semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, with a responsibility of 0.95. The statistics used in the study were content analysis, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was calculated with varimax rotation. The research findings were as follows: Overall it is at a high level. The mean is 4.23 and the standard deviation is 0.38. Seven factors strategic management for small schools. Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission were analyzed. The variance was 79.24%, with the Eigen value between 44.00 and 1.03. All of the seven factors were ranked by factor loading from the highest to the lowest: 1) Planning had a factor loading between 0.85 and 0.69. 2) Resource management had a factor loading between 0.81 and 0.60. 3) Personnel development had a factor loading between 0.79 and 0.54. 4) Creating a collaborative network had a factor loading between 0.78 and 0.67. 5) Developing learning innovations had a factor loading between 0.90 and 0.59. 6) Monitoring and evaluation had a factor loading between 0.82 and 0.62. 7) The strategic leader had a factor loading between 0.72 and 0.61.
