Abstract
This research aimed to study the level of digital leadership, the level of academic administration and the relationship between digital leadership of educational administrators and academic administration under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nakhon Sawan. The sample consisted of 302 teachers under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, which was determined by using the Krejci and Morgan table and used a multi-stage random sampling to collect data with a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by descriptive statistics, including percentages, frequencies, means, standard deviations, and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis, namely Pearson's correlation. The results of the study found that educational administrators had a very high level of overall digital leadership (average = 4.29), with digital leadership in terms of digital vision being the highest (average = 4.43). In terms of academic administration, overall academic administration was found to be very high (average = 4.33), with academic administration The research aspect for the most educational quality development (average =4.45) The hypothesis testing results found that the digital leadership of educational administrators in all 8 aspects had a positive relationship with academic administration under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Sawan Area 2 with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. The relationship found was at a high level (r = 0.84). It was found that the digital leadership aspect in the aspect of supporting the use of digital technology in measurement and evaluation had the highest positive relationship with academic administration (r = 0.65), followed by the aspect of ethics in using digital technology (r = 0.61) and the aspect with the least relationship was the aspect of creating a digital network for learning (r = 0.47).
