บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้การวิจัยเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์สำหรับองค์กรภาครัฐ ภาครัฐวิสาหกิจ และภาคเอกชน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลการวิจัยมี 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 1 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล 27 คน ถอดความรู้ด้วยเทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม ได้แก่ หัวหน้างานหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่รับผิดชอบการทำงานหลักของ 7 หน่วยงานในเครือข่ายองค์กรบริหารงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ (คอบช.) และ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้ให้ข้อมูล 15 คน ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการความรู้การวิจัย และผู้บริหารหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานในเครือข่ายองค์กรบริหารงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของระบบ ประกอบด้วย 1) คน จากหน่วยงานวิจัย นักวิจัยหรือผู้ใช้ประโยชน์งานวิจัย 2) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ 3) การสื่อสาร ขั้นตอนของระบบ 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การจัดทำองค์ความรู้ที่เหมาะสมและตรงตามความต้องการ 2) การสื่อสารกับนักวิจัยและกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 3) การถ่ายทอดเชิงลึกเพื่อการใช้ประโยชน์ 4) การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างนักวิจัยกับผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ 5) การสนับสนุน กระตุ้น หนุนเสริม และผลักดันให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์จากงานวิจัย และ6) การทบทวนและประเมินผลการนำความรู้ไปใช้ประโยชน์
