บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของตัวแปรที่มีต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการลูกเสือต้านภัยยาเสพติดในโรงเรียน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือในสถานศึกษาที่เปิดการเรียนการสอนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 480 คน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ 20 เท่าของตัวแปร สุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา นโยบายสถานศึกษา ความร่วมมือของเครือข่าย ทักษะของผู้บังคับบัญชา งบประมาณ เครื่องมือ การบริหารจัดการ มีอิทธิพลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการลูกเสือต้านภัยยาเสพติดในโรงเรียน
