บทคัดย่อ
การแพร่ของโรคระบาดไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ (COVID-19) ได้ส่งผลกระทบทางลบต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของนานาประเทศทั่วโลก รวมถึงประเทศไทยอย่างรุนแรงและกว้างขวาง บทความวิชาการนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะทำการทบทวนวรรณกรรมการศึกษาและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบของโรคระบาดไวรัสโคโรนาที่มีต่อวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ของไทย ทั้งนี้ เนื่องจาก วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมมีความสำคัญต่อระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ และเป็นแหล่งจ้างงานที่สำคัญ แต่มีข้อจำกัดในการดำเนินธุรกิจหลายประการ และคาดว่าจะได้รับผลกระทบทางลบจากการแพร่ระบาดดังกล่าวอย่างรุนแรง บทความนี้จึงได้การนำเสนอข้อมูลความสำคัญของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทย ผลกระทบของโรคระบาดไวรัสโคโรนาที่มีต่อระบบเศษฐกิจของประเทศต่าง ๆ รวมถึงของไทย การฟื้นตัวของภาคธุรกิจต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับผลกระทบในระดับที่แตกต่างกัน นโยบายและมาตรการที่สำคัญที่ภาครัฐได้พยายามให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ตลอดจนแนวทางที่วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมควรพิจารณาเลือกใช้เป็นกลยุทธ์ในการฟื้นฟูเพื่อความอยู่รอดท่ามกลางสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดที่ยังคงลุกลามอย่างรุนแรงและต่อเนื่องไปทั่วโลก
