กลวิธีกล่าวขอโทษของผู้เรียนภาษาไทยชาวญี่ปุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษากลวิธีกล่าวขอโทษและการเลือกใช้กลวิธีกล่าวขอโทษของผู้เรียนภาษาไทยชาวญี่ปุ่น โดยการศึกษาจากกลุ่มผู้เรียนที่มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาไทยระดับปานกลางถึงระดับสูงจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามเติมเต็มบทสนทนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลวิธีกล่าวขอโทษ 12 กลวิธีและเรียงลำดับความถี่การเลือกใช้ได้ดังนี้ 1) การใช้คำขอโทษ 2) การชี้แจงสถานการณ์ 3) การชดใช้ 4) การตำหนิตนเอง 5) การรับปาก 6) การแสดงเจตนาไม่ได้ตั้งใจ 7) การระบุความสัมพันธ์ 8) การขอความช่วยเหลือ 9) การแสดงความห่วงใย 10) การให้คำแนะนำ 11) การสอบถามสถานการณ์ 12) การใช้เงื่อนไข โดยกลวิธีและการเลือกใช้กลวิธีกล่าวขอโทษสัมพันธ์กับวัฒนธรรม 3 ประการได้แก่ การรักษาความสัมพันธ์ การมีความรับผิดชอบ และความสุภาพ ซึ่งผู้เรียนชาวญี่ปุ่นนำมาใช้เป็นแนวคิดในการเลือกใช้วิธีการทางภาษากล่าวขอโทษในภาษาไทย
