การประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการบริหารการเงินการคลังในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการเงินการคลังการศึกษานี้ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรม จากบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ในฐานข้อมูล มีการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง มีผู้บริหาร 1 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ 4 คน ) องค์กรเอกชนและผู้ประกอบการด้านเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 15 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมีการปรับตัวและพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งต้องเปลี่ยนวิธีคิดให้คนเป็นศูนย์กลางและวิธีการทำงาน เพื่อตั้งเป้าหมายให้เป็นองค์กรสมัยใหม่ที่ทำงานเชิงรุก บูรณาการ คล่องตัว รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพสูง การใช้ระบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ช่วยประหยัดเวลาในการรับและจัดส่งเอกสาร ทำให้ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก็บเอกสารที่เป็นกระดาษและใส่ไว้ในไฟล์ ไม่ต้องเก็บเข้าตู้ การประยุกต์ใช้ระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์แบบมีส่วนร่วมกับภาครัฐ สามารถรับข่าวสารการทำงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น รายงานเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย ร้องเรียน และนำเสนอปัญหาต่างๆ พื้นที่แบ่งปันขอความช่วยเหลือ ภาพของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่ใช้ในเมืองอัจฉริยะ กรณีศึกษาการวิจัยคำหลักโดยใช้และผสมผสานคำหลัก เช่น ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ , การเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง, Internet of Things, การดูแลสุขภาพอัจฉริยะ, เมืองอัจฉริยะ/เมืองอัจฉริยะ, การศึกษาอัจฉริยะ, โครงสร้างพื้นฐานอัจฉริยะ, ชีวิตอัจฉริยะ, ความปลอดภัยอัจฉริยะ และสมาร์ท ธรรมาภิบาลที่ดี การนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ในเมืองอัจฉริยะ การศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงข้อเสนอสำหรับสตาร์ทอัพในเขตท้องถิ่น
