การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์และพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อการดูแลภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เท้าของพระภิกษุที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 สืบค้นจากฐานข้อมูลที่ได้จากงานวิจัยระหว่างปี 2548 – 2558 นำมาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย ผลของการใช้แนวปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของพระภิกษุที่เป็นเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2ในคลินิกเท้าเบาหวาน โรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ จำนวน 22 รูป พบว่าหลังการทดลองพระภิกษุมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลเท้าที่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนแตกต่างระหว่างก่อนการทดลองและหลักการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05
The purposes of this study were to developed nursing practical guidelines in foot care for type II diabetes mellitus monk with foot complication. The evidence used June 2015 – May 2016. The nursing practice guidelines were developed from synthesization of research findings during June 2015 – May 2016. The practical guidelines were tried out with a sample of 22 type II diabetes mellitus monks with foot complication in foot clinic of Priest hospital. It was revealed that there were statically significance differences at.05 level in behavior for complication foot care of monk with type II diabetes mellitus between before and after the experiment.
