รางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการการเรียนการสอน มหาวิทยาลัย เกษมบัณฑิต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ วิเคราะห์แผนดำเนินงานรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน จำแนกกลุ่มรายวิชา หัวเรื่องสาธิตการสอน กลยุทธ์/เทคนิคที่ใช้ในการสาธิตการสอน ของผู้ได้รับรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน  นำเสนอผู้ได้รับรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติ กลยุทธ์/เทคนิคที่ใช้ในการสาธิต การสอน และผลการเรียนรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักศึกษา  ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนา การคัดเลือกและมอบรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การรวบรวมขอมูลใช้การแจงนับจากทุกหน่วยของประชากร ผลการศึกษา พบว่า แผนงานรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน เป็นการจัดทำแผนติดตามผลการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ผู้ได้รับรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติมี 1 ท่าน เป็นอาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการจัดการอุตสาหกรรมการบิน (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) สถาบันพัฒนาบุคลากรการบิน  ผู้ได้รับโล่รางวัลชมเชยดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน เป็น อาจารย์จากคณะจากวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ และคณะบริหารธุรกิจ ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาการคัดเลือกและมอบรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติดวงประทีปแห่งเกษมด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ ควรเพิ่มและจำแนกประเภทรางวัลเชิดชูเกียรติให้มีความหลากหลาย

The purposes of this research were to analyze working plan of honorary recognition as an exemplary KBU beacon in learning and instruction, to classify subject titles, demonstration topics and learning strategies undertaken by honorary recognition instructors, to present the honorary recognition instructors accompanied by learning strategies and learning outcomes and to study the comment and suggestions on Honorary Recognition Working Plan. content Analysis and focus group discussion were used in conducting this research. The research employed a complete enumeration data collection approach. It was revealed that the Honorary Recognition as an Exemplary KBU Beacon in Learning and Instruction Working Plan aimed to follow up the student - centered  innovative application of KBU learning and instruction undertaken to enhance students equipped with self – confidence and creative minds to wisely analyze and seek solutions to problematic situations.  The receivers of the First Order of  Honorary Recognition Award was the instructor from Aviation Personnel Development Institute (APDI) whereas the receivers of the Second Order of the Honorary Recognition Awards were the instructors from the Faculties of Engineering, of Architecture, and  of  Business Administration. It was suggested that there should be more awards for honorary recognitions.
