Abstract

One of the policy measures of national development is to  develop overall happiness of the country using Thai Health Happiness Assessment. Happiness consists of joy, ease and peace. When a person is happy, it could be passed on to others. This could result in the development of personality from childhood to adulthood and to build relationships with people. Psychosocial and psychiatric nursing must be available to the body, mind, knowledge, processes and skills. The creators of the relationship must be knowledgeable, competent, and self-evaluating, because the relationship requires the use of body and verbal languages.
