Abstract

The relational database system consists of 7 steps as follows:  problem analysis, feasibility study, need analysis of users, database design, design and development program, documentation and installation, and maintenance.  Database program operation with Microsoft Access  takes  the following  steps:  determine the conditions of data to meet  the needs of the system, record the data in the table and set  the primary keys, check  the redundancy  of data by doing normalization and program to run the database, define the types of data, and establish the relationship among tables in the database
