Variables Influencing Organization Citizenship Behavior

This research, by means of structural equation modeling, looked into causal influences on organization citizenship behavior, spiritual intelligence being the transmission variable. The research results were as follows: the spiritual intelligence influenced organization citizenship behavior. Emotional quotient (EQ), working behavior in Divine States (Brahmavihara) and future orientation characteristic influnced the spiritual intelligence as a transmission variable.
