Abstract

This article presents strategies for manpower planning and development at Kasem Bundit University in the contemporary world. The main strategies are founded on the principle of Outcome Based Education that focuses on the five quality aspects of KBU graduates, KASEM : K is Keeping on learning with innovative mind ; A is Adapting oneself to be ready for the workforce ; S is Securing social responsibility ; E is Engaging proactively with enthusiasm ; and M is Maintaining morality and maturity. Learning pedagogy  emphases innovative learning classroom through work – integrated learning and technology driven learning.
