Management Potential of Community Enterprise Groups in Pakthor District, Ratchaburi Province

Abstract

The main purposes of this research were to study the management potential and to study the relationship between management variables and management potential of  the community enterprise groups in Parkthor Distrist, Ratchburi Province. The sample were 249 members and 11 executives of the community enterprises. The instrument used to collect the data were questionnaire and interview of the community enterprises. It was found that the overall level of management was at a high level, the highest level being the direction or command. Potential for Management was at a high level, the highest level being the customer. Management variables were associated positively (r=0.65) with management potential significantly at p ≤ 0.05
