ศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อ ศึกษาศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการ และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้านการบริหารจัดการกับศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นสมาชิกจำนวน 249 คน และผู้บริหารกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อำเภอปากท่อ จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือด้านอำนวยการหรือสั่งการ ศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือด้านลูกค้า ตัวแปรด้านการบริหารจัดการมีสหสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r=0.65) กับศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p ≤.05
