Intention to Use the QR Code Payment Application Through Smartphone

The main purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the attitude towards and intention in application of QR Code Payment through smart phone. It was a qualitative research. The sample consisted 3 groups: The baby boomer, Generation X, and Generation y, 15 people each. In-depth interviews were adopted for data collection. The results showed that the factors affecting attitude towards and intention to use smart phone OR Code Payment were perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, descriptive norm, injunctive norm, subject norm, behavior intention and usage behavior.
