Abstract

PURPOSES: To study and analyze the legal problems related to the protection of human rights and individual freedom in biological evidence Investigation. METHODS: A documentary research for studying and analyzing internal and international information related to legal principals of biological evidence investigation as well as in depth interview of sample groups, consisting of relevant government officials people who were affected by the law, and attorneys. RESULTS: Persons, who were investigated for a biological evidence, did not under the protection of their human right and freedom, and there was no specific regulations biological accidence collection of a person for the protection of their human right and freedom properly. CONCLUSIONS: Regulations for the protection of their human right and freedom biological evidence investigation, and standard performances criteria for biological evidence investigation organization should be established.
